The Factory Head will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency. This will involve leading cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives, collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement business plans, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a 20% bonus scheme, £8,400 p/a car allowance, private medical insurance, pension, and flexible benefits package.
