\rYour Role: As a Kitchen Assistant at one of our care homes, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation. You will be responsible for producing meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents, ensuring that every meal is a delight for the senses.

- Prepare and cook meals according to our recipes and dietary guidelines\r
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards\r
- Work effectively with our culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery\r
- Collaborate with our care staff to understand resident preferences and dietary requirements\r
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be able to work well under pressure, maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn and develop your skills.
