Job Overview:
This job is for evenings midweek and all day availability at the weekend

**Duties**:

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Keep kitchen floors and work surfaces clean and sanitised
- Dispose of waste following proper procedures
- Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen personnel
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
