The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and housekeeping, and will have the ability to lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home, and will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that the needs of residents are met.
As a Care Home Administrator, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a sector-leading rewards package.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the care home are maintained to the highest standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure that all areas of the care home are cleaned regularly.
- Collaborate with other members of the care home team to ensure that the needs of residents are met.
