We are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Support professional to provide administrative and secretarial assistance to one of our Partners.

This role requires a candidate with relevant trade mark support experience, who is highly organized, has a keen eye for detail, and can work effectively in a team environment.

Job Overview:

This Trade Mark Support PA role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading firm in the West Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to a Partner, including tasks such as data entry, document management, and billing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to a Partner, including tasks such as data entry, document management, and billing coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Coordinate and manage trade mark applications and renewals.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of court documents.

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade mark support experience, preferably in a law firm or similar environment.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
