Sales Director for European Construction Market

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our distributor sales efforts across Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy tailored to the construction sector, leveraging your industry knowledge to maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a strategic sales plan for the European construction market, focusing on distributor channels.
- Manage Distributor Relationships: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to drive sales and meet targets.
- Identify and Onboard New Distributors: Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors to broaden our reach and increase sales opportunities within the construction sector.
- Collaborate with Distributors: Collaborate with distributors to develop and execute targeted marketing and sales campaigns that resonate with construction professionals.
- Monitor Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape within the construction industry to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide Market Insights: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to senior management, with a focus on construction-specific trends and needs.
- Represent the Company: Attend industry events, trade shows, and distributor meetings relevant to the construction sector to represent the company and strengthen relationships.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets in Europe's construction sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the European construction market, including key players, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
