Job Summary

  • Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure timely payments and optimize cash flow.
  • Resolve account discrepancies and invoice disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform credit checks for new customers to assess their creditworthiness.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to set up payment plans and negotiate with clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress to senior management.
  • Recommend bad debt write-offs and account adjustments to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall goals of the Accounting & Finance department and support the company's growth strategy.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and credit management practices.
  • Experience of B2B credit control and a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to analyze data and reports.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
