Assistant Financial Manager
Job Summary
Axon Moore Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Financial Manager to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of their ERP system using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & O.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the setup requirements and controls within the ERP on a day-to-day basis
- Reconciling customer demand coming in with customer orders going out and the control processes in between
- Reconciling customer transactions to external bank and credit card payments and the associated control processes
- Controlling the sales ledger and investigating any unusual customer balances
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing the company's cash flow
- Assisting with the production of the monthly accounts and forecasts
- Helping prepare the annual accounts and full supporting schedules ready for the annual audit
- Supporting the purchase ledger team when required
- Producing ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as required by the directors and senior management

Axon Moore Group Ltd is a growing e-commerce/retail business with a turnover of c.GBP40mil and year-on-year growth. The company is looking for a talented Assistant Financial Manager to join their small but growing finance team.
