Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Tactical Delivery: Work with the team to ensure work is planned, executed, and analyzed to the highest standard.
- Develop Diagnostic Products: Design and develop in vitro PCR diagnostic products and services for use in a range of applications, adhering to ISO 13485 and IVDR regulations.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Troubleshoot issues, suggest next steps, and maintain an innovative spirit while working collaboratively with others.
- Manage Documentation: Effectively manage required documentation in accordance with the company Quality Management System and ISO 13485 regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree or further degree in a life science, such as molecular biology, biochemistry, or genetics.
- Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in the development, verification, and validation of molecular diagnostics assays, adhering to CE marking and/or Design Control Regulations.
- Hands-on experience with PCR-based assays, including proficiency in primer and probe design and the use of Bioinformatics software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
