HRIS Analyst Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team at Serco Plc. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring system performance, managing issues to resolution, leading on system maintenance activities, and resolving day-to-day system queries raised by customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage system performance issues and ensure timely resolution.
  2. Identify processes that need improvement and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency.
  3. Manage Docusign and ensure seamless integration with HRIS systems.
  4. Support HRIS Change projects to implement system changes and new solutions.
  5. Manage system maintenance during upgrades and patches, collaborating with developers to coordinate the process.
  6. Monitor middleware performance and make necessary changes to ensure optimal system functioning.
  7. Develop user documentation and procedures to support new implementations and changes.
  8. Lead annual maintenance activities, including system patching.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience using SAP HCM.
  2. Proven track record of managing multiple downstream systems, interfaces, and annual upgrade/patching activities.
  3. Experience with middleware management, preferably Dell Boomi.
  4. Knowledge of implementing change/new solutions to support the employee life cycle.
  5. Experience with people data (HR & payroll) and HR legislation.
  6. Proficiency in reporting tools such as Ad Hoc query and Spinifex.
  7. Excellent communication skills and good working knowledge of Excel.
