Head of Education and Care Services

We are looking for a strategic leader to take charge of our nursery and early years department. As Deputy Head of Nursery Schools, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that promote high-quality education and care services.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of educators who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students. With a strong focus on continuous professional development, you will have access to regular training and support to help you grow in your role.
The salary for this position is approximately £52,500 per annum, based on the national average for a similar role. To be successful, you will need a level 6 qualification (degree or equivalent) in a relevant subject, a qualification and/or relevant experience in management, and knowledge and understanding of a learning environment.
