About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Officer to join our team at Europlan Group. As a key member of our engineering and construction projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our industrial sector projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of project controls, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate cost forecasts.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for project performance evaluation, providing regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and manage project changes, including scope changes, schedule adjustments, and cost impact assessments via the Early Warning Register.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain effective communication with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • ~10+ years' experience in project controls within the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools, including Primavera and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
