We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced History Educator to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a History Educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic history lessons to students, fostering a love for the subject and inspiring critical thinking and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality history lessons to students, incorporating innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring inclusive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the history curriculum and support student progress, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for success.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices in history education and contributing to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for history.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Experience working within a secondary school setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
