About the Role

Here at Howden Group Holdings, we are transforming the way we deliver HR services to our business and this is an exciting time to join our evolving HR function as we look to drive commercially aligned and strategic HR support to our stakeholders. As part of this accelerated growth agenda, we are looking for a Learning Facilitator to join the team.

The Learning Facilitator will identify learning and development needs, and design and facilitate high quality solutions. This will involve working with and influencing different stakeholders across our business, and developing and delivering a variety of learning experiences and resources.

You will be responsible for the design and delivery of key learning solutions, working closely with the other members of the Learning and Development team within Leadership, Learning and Talent, to design and deliver commercially relevant solutions to the Howden Group, comprising of circa 15,000 employees across 40+ countries.

Key accountabilities- Design and deliver commercially relevant solutions, undertaking the relevant diagnostic and needs analysis- Deliver, and where relevant train the trainer, existing solutions such as our reciprocal mentoring programme, management essentials programme and Group induction- Works with internal and external stakeholders to develop a group-wide portfolio of learning products and solutions- Partners with fellow COE SME's, HRBP's and business clients at global and local level to develop and deliver user centric solutions - taking into consideration the full learning lifecycle e.g. learning needs analysis, design, delivery and facilitation- Supports the Learning and Development Lead to utilise new innovative thinking to identify ways to improve learning initiatives and their ROI- Promotes a high performance culture through the design and delivery of learning solutions- Supports the on-going review and evaluation of the learning portfolio of interventions and materials

Person specification / experience- An experienced learning professional, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Learning role- Experienced in designing and delivering fit for purpose and engaging learning content- Proven facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings- Ability and experience in diagnostic and needs analysis, translating this in to commercially relevant learning solutions- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills who can build trusted relationship - keeping the relevant individuals informed and engaged when delivering projects including HRBPs- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities- Experience of working on within matrixed organisations on global projects, understanding the need to collaborate across functions and not work in isolation- Collaborative and growth mindset: you will be able to work successfully with key stakeholders to create joint expectations and deliverables; striving for positive results and engaging others in the journey- Curiosity and knowledge of future content creation and delivery methods to enable future ready learning solutions- Knowledge of LinkedIn Learning and Workday (desirable)
