The Domestic Bursarial team at Wadham College, University of Oxford is seeking a Financial Administrator to provide wide-ranging strategic and operational support for a fixed-term of two years.
This role involves management responsibilities for key operational areas, including accommodation and events income, catering, housekeeping, and Lodge/reception.
A key part of the role will be developing and delivering an effective conference, external events, and accommodation strategy to achieve targets.
The successful applicant will need experience of working at a senior level, contributing to an organisation's strategies, managing/supervising a multi-disciplined team of department managers, generating income, setting and managing budgets, delivering project work, and developing engaging website content for marketing purposes.
Estimated salary: £55,636 per annum (discretionary to £64,728) plus £1,500 per annum Oxford University Weighting, depending on skills and experience.
