Business Development Manager - CCTV and Security Systems

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Operations Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the CCTV and security systems market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CCTV and security systems market
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to design and deliver comprehensive security solutions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the security industry
  • Strong understanding of CCTV and security systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
