Business Development Manager - CCTV and Security Systems

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Operations Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities in the CCTV and security systems market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing new systems in new-build properties and upgrades to systems in existing blocks
  • Responding to inbound sales opportunities and requests to tender
  • Self-driven new business development, including surveying and estimating
  • Sales meetings with clients, including large housing associations, local authorities, and building firms

Requirements:

  • Experience selling security systems, with a strong understanding of CCTV, door entry, access control, and data networks
  • Ability to design, estimate, and prepare sales proposals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of home-based and site-based activities

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent position with excellent earning potential. You will be working from our HQ in Essex, with occasional visits to sites across the UK. If you are a motivated and experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
