Insight Select is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Product Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, as well as 3 years of experience in product development and manufacturing process development. A strong understanding of project management, purchasing, and procurement is also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the procurement of direct and indirect products and services, ensuring suppliers adhere to business governance standards.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to achieve cost savings for group products and services.
  • Manage purchasing budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Work closely with product data and report on this during launch.
  • Update and manage the product catalogue.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and independently.
  • Good manufacturing knowledge and ability to assess factories' performance and skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
