Senior Conveyancing Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Conveyancing Coordinator to join our Conveyancing team in Blackheath. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to fee earners, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing quotes for clients and drafting client care letters to maintain exceptional client service standards
* Creating completion and financial statements with accuracy and attention to detail
* Handling registrations and performing ID checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Preparing and organizing documentation for client signing to streamline the conveyancing process
* Managing administrative tasks such as filing and case management to maintain a well-organized workflow
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties to facilitate case progress and deliver excellent client service
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a Conveyancing Coordinator position, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. You will also be able to work efficiently within a team as well as independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
