  • Manage data and respond to external enquiries
Requirements
  • You are organised and can plan, manage, and monitor your own workload
  • Fully IT literate
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to listen, empathise, and provide emotional support to highly distressed and vulnerable people
