About the Role

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be part of Brent Council's Senior Management Team, supporting senior managers in shaping the council's vision and strategy. You will have the opportunity to work across various departments, developing your skills and expertise in areas such as social care, housing, education, and the environment.

Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess an undergraduate degree in any subject by summer 2025 and have a strong commitment to local government and the wider community. Your key skills and qualities should include planning and organisation, analysis and problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
