As an Architectural Technician with Australce, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality documentation packages for various commercial and residential projects across Tasmania. This permanent position offers flexible hours (24 – 38 hours per week) negotiable for the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed documentation using ArchiCAD, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and council requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with consultants, councils, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to perform measured surveys.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' local drafting experience in a related field and be proficient in CAD software, with a strong commitment to mastering ArchiCAD. Familiarity with the local architectural and building market is also essential. A current Australian driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle are required.
