Job Title: Learning Solutions Developer

We are seeking a talented Learning Solutions Developer to join our team at Allan Lane. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning solutions for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop eLearning solutions and face-to-face training materials that meet the needs of our learners.
  • Collaborate with internal technical experts to identify areas for improvement and develop new training content.
  • Provide specialist product training for all members of staff as required.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position based in Kent, requiring the successful candidate to be on site 4 days a week. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our subject matter experts to develop user guidance information packages for IT content.

Requirements:

  • High-level communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to build rapport with IT experts and internal customers.
  • Experience in producing online learning content and materials.
  • Knowledge of user experience design, including front-end user interface and journey design.

Allan Lane is a leading provider of training services, committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences to our clients. We offer a competitive salary package, including £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
