Southeast Healthcare Sales Executive

Join Cento as a Sales Account Manager to drive business development in the NHS and private healthcare sectors within the Southeast region.

This role involves building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including CCIOs, ward managers, and facilities officers, to promote our comprehensive range of critical alarm and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing a targeted sales strategy.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with CCIOs, facilities, estates, and transformation officers; deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales Engineers for technical support and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Market Penetration: Drive adoption of critical alarm systems and software, staying informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Performance Analysis: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track pipeline progress, and ensure target achievement.

  • Drive: Motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Commercial Awareness: Able to identify opportunities and build strong relationships.
  • Complex Sales Experience: Skilled in managing complex, long-cycle sales involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Communication Effectiveness: Able to influence and engage at all levels.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and Facilities Management in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with critical alarm solutions and technology.
