About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineering Asset Manager to join our team in Dartford, Kent. As a key member of our work-winning function, you will play a crucial role in gaining pre-construction experience within a multifaceted business unit, with the potential to transition into project delivery in Greater London and the wider UK.

Laing O'Rourke provides total capability in the early construction phases of major projects, offering an end-to-end solution or bespoke services. Our central technical design and engineering resource enables us to deliver a range of piling, precast concrete, post-tensioning, and structures techniques using our Digital Engineering model.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Fully implementing and ensuring compliance with the LOR Management of Temporary Works procedure on projects.
  • Ensuring setting out data is controlled, and interrogating and transferring setting out data from 3D CAD data.
  • Determining requirements for and formatting as-built surveys and reports, defining the scope of survey to demonstrate compliance.
  • Ensuring project and company quality procedures are adhered to, utilizing and recommending best engineering methods.
  • Producing and approving method statements and risk assessments, managing a team of Senior Engineers (project-dependent).

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold a degree qualification in Civil Engineering or an industry-recognized technical or engineering qualification, such as Circa 8 years' experience in a Civil Engineering capacity.

Salary Information
