Job Description: Development Scientist

RBW Consulting is working with a dynamic CRO that is expanding its operations in South Wales. We are seeking an experienced research and development scientist to join their analytical team, supporting organic and synthetic chemists in chemical testing method development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to focus on their development work and take on client contact early in the position. The company is growing rapidly, with a clear pathway for development and opportunities for advancement.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of chromatography, including HPLC, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. A PhD or MSc educated within a chemistry discipline is essential, as well as experienced method development experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

The salary for this role is approximately £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
