Strategic Private Equity Associate Director

Walker Lovell is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their dynamic London-based team. This role presents a rare opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, forward-thinking firm with strong deal flow and a proven track record in the lower mid-market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with private equity firms through proactive and effective relationship management.
- Serve as the central point of contact for private equity groups, coordinating communication across internal teams and ensuring that PE clients have a cohesive, efficient experience.
- Align internal partners and directors with private equity clients to facilitate smooth deal execution and build lasting, strategic relationships.
- Enhance the firm's growth by delivering high-quality, strategic advisory services and fostering long-term partnerships with PE clients.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in private equity coverage with a strong understanding of the Private Equity sector and deal environment.
- Strategic mindset and passion for the private equity sector, with a dedication to delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience in a deals or transactional role where an understanding of successful deal structure in the private equity context has been developed.
