Strategic Investor Relations Director for Private Equity Firm

PER, Private Equity Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Investor Relations Director to join a leading venture capital growth firm in London, UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving effective fundraising processes and maintaining a positive investor experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with partners to drive fundraising efforts and enhance investor engagement
- Manage existing relationships with Limited Partners (LPs) across various geographies, involving regular travel
- Develop business development strategies to identify new potential LPs
- Maintain a strong investor experience through regular updates and bespoke written materials
- Implement best practices and improve processes within the investor relations function
- Proven investor relations and fundraising expertise or relevant experience on the LP side
- In-depth knowledge of venture capital and/or growth
- Ability to work independently, driving projects to completion
- Strong technical skills, including fund structures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
