Network Development Specialist

About the Role
At Home Instead - Hammersmith & Chiswick, we are seeking a skilled Network Development Specialist to join our team. As a Network Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, charities, and other stakeholders in the care sector. This role is crucial in enhancing our visibility and reputation within the healthcare industry, ultimately contributing to the quality of care we provide to those in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of referral providers in the healthcare and social care sectors.
  • Conduct outreach to potential partners, coordinating meetings and presentations to promote our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our mission and values.
  • Monitor and report on networking activities, providing feedback on strategies that enhance our outreach efforts.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with existing referral partners to ensure continuous engagement and collaboration.
  • Organise and participate in events that promote our services and strengthen community ties.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, particularly in building referral networks within the healthcare or social care sector.
  • Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing and digital outreach campaigns.
  • Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable populations and enhancing the quality of their lives.
  • Demonstrated long-term commitment in previous roles, ideally holding each position for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Candidates must be based within a one-hour commute of West London to support regular in-person collaboration.
