We are seeking a skilled Asset Specialist to join our team at Pillar Nonprofit Network. As an Asset Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and/or barriers in Southwestern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case manage and assist individuals with disabilities in developing and enhancing skills to seek and retain employment.
  • Outreach to employers to promote employment opportunities and build trusting relationships and partnerships.
  • Support employers in providing accommodations and resolving work-related issues.
  • Maintain communication with employers, clients, advocates, and community stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or Community College diploma in Business, Social Services, Human Services, Education, or a relevant field of study, and a minimum of three years' experience in a related field.
  • Flexibility to work hours to accommodate clients' needs, which may result in overtime.
  • Valid Driver's license and verification of car insurance for business use under your name or willingness to obtain.
  • Bilingual in French or other languages would be an asset.
  • Must be able to provide proof of two doses of COVID-19 vaccination or documentation of a medical exemption or reason related to protected grounds under the Human Rights Code.
