Job Title: Asset Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Asset Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Park Avenue Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring specific assets on behalf of our client, a local authority, to benefit the local community and homelessness in the borough.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquiring assets through negotiation and due diligence.
  2. Working closely with the client's team to understand their needs and requirements.
  3. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. MRICS qualification.
  2. Local Authority experience.

Working Arrangements: The council works on a hybrid basis, with a mix of office and remote working. You will be required to attend the office every Wednesday and one other day of your choice.
