Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at HSS Hire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs and certification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process certification documents, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to clients.
  • Manage payment orders and update records accordingly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain a secure and organized filing system, ensuring easy access to critical documents.
  • Coordinate training events and certification applications with our awarding bodies, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination, driving business success.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and company requirements.
  • Represent HSS Hire with professionalism and integrity, upholding our values and standards in all interactions.
  • Embody a safety-first mindset, leading by example and promoting a culture of safety excellence.
