We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and social environment, providing excellent reception and office administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:- Support corporate management by organizing client meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Act as a first point of contact for employees, assisting with general information enquiries
- Maintain office areas, including reception and kitchen, and ensure supplies are stocked weekly
- Liaise with the London Office Manager to organize office equipment
- Assist directors and senior employees with tasks such as arranging travel and diary management
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to build good relationships with other members of staff
