We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Avery Healthcare. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager and Administrator in administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the Home and meeting Head Office deadlines on financial procedures and information returns.
Key Responsibilities- Submit data for invoicing purposes to the Group Support Centre.
- Assist in preparing, collating, and dispatching management information to the Central Support Office as requested by the General Manager.
- Place purchase orders with approved suppliers, adhering to procedures to maintain stock levels and controls, and ensure expenditure is within agreed budget limits.
- Manage residents' personal allowances and assist with financial arrangements as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will possess two years of clerical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize your workload effectively. You will also have effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.

This role will require a DBS Disclosure check, which will be met by Avery Healthcare, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
