About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living in East Grinstead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact customers who have expressed interest in our developments to provide expert advice on their purchase and lifestyle.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial enquiry to move-in day.
  • Work closely with onsite teams, including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction, as well as offsite agents and sales partners to progress sales to completion.

Requirements:

  • Previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Proficient in using IT databases and other sales tools.
  • A valid UK driving license for occasional site visits.
