Key Responsibilities

As a Classroom Assistant at Inspiration Trust, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting students with SEND needs in the classroom and through small group interventions
  • Working under the guidance of teaching staff to develop and implement educational programs
  • Contributing to the overall ethos and vision of the academy

You will be an integral part of our primary education team, working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a high-quality learning experience for our students.

The salary for this role is estimated to be £21,000-£22,000 per annum, based on the Support Staff Pay Scale C.
