Autism and Learning Needs Assistant

We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) support professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism and Additional Learning Needs in primary and secondary education.
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with pupils exhibiting challenging behaviours, being flexible and adaptable in various work environments, and completing relevant training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a teaching assistant

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
