About the Role

We are seeking an experienced education professional to join our team as a graduate education associate. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will provide support to teachers and other staff members, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs, ensuring that students receive the best possible support and guidance.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general classroom support and assist with lesson planning and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and report student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive pay package, including weekly pay, a pension scheme, and a refer-a-friend scheme. Additionally, we provide free child protection training to all candidates.

Salary Range: £18,000 - £22,000 per year
