About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Executive to join our team at Levy UK + Ireland. As an Event Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the catering operation to improve the customer food service experience and delivering exceptional customer care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and contribute to the success of our business.

We are committed to exceeding client expectations, and we're looking for a highly motivated individual who can support our operations. If you have a proven track record in conference and event management, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the catering operation to improve the customer food service experience
  • Deliver excellent customer care and ensure the highest level of cleanliness throughout all work areas
  • Be aware of all forthcoming events and ensure sufficient equipment and stocks are available for each function
  • Build relationships with regular clients and QEII conference centre staff
  • Ensure effective set-up and clearance of conference rooms
  • Brief all staff prior to each event and ensure all equipment is safe and functioning
