About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Care Planner to join our Banbury & Bracknell team. As a Care Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support. You will be responsible for planning and rostering care services, working closely with our Branch Manager to meet business and compliance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and roster care services to meet client needs and business targets
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to achieve them
- Build strong relationships with carers and clients to ensure high-quality care and support
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
