Pension Scheme Management Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Senior Pensions Advisor to join our client's team in Northallerton. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of pension schemes. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice and coaching on all aspects of pension management, ensuring excellent customer service, and delivering real value to the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the Pensions Administration and Payroll contract, including performance management
  • Guiding managers and employees on pension matters
  • Assisting with the running of Firefighter Pension Schemes and acting as a service contact for external bodies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of pensions legislation and be comfortable working with financial data, undertaking complex calculations, and analysing data to identify trends and challenges. Additionally, you should have strong Excel skills and be able to follow processes, read and interpret legislation. If you have a payroll background or are logically minded, we would be interested in hearing from you.
