**Job Title:** Educational Support Professional

Estimated Salary:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated educational support professional to join our partner primary school in Wembley. As a key member of the education team, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning and development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to pupils in both group and one-to-one settings.
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Foster emotional and social development through creative and interactive methods.
  • Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusion and participation.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and stimulating classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting.
  • A caring and patient approach, with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage pupils with enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Experience working with SEN pupils is advantageous but not essential.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are preferred.
