Job Overview:

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with Autism and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture students in developing lifelong skills.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance academic and social progress.
  • Build strong relationships with parents to track student progress.
  • Promote emotional and social development among students.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEND.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
