Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our vibrant Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students. Providing tailored support to students with additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and Down's Syndrome.
About the RoleTo create a positive and nurturing learning environment, collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure each child reaches their full potential. A positive, proactive, and patient approach to working with children is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting students with diverse needs in a mainstream primary school setting.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualized plans for students.
- Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
A relevant qualification or experience in education, preferably in a special educational needs setting, is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
