Electronic Monitoring Field Officer

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical skills with a sense of purpose? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Monitoring Officer to join our Electronic Monitoring service.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering excellent service to our clients. As a Field Monitoring Officer, you will be responsible for the installation, investigation, and decommissioning of electronic monitoring equipment, working closely with our Monitoring Centre team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Install and configure electronic monitoring equipment in accordance with company procedures and contract terms.
  2. Investigate alerts and incidents, escalating reportable issues to the Monitoring Centre as required.
  3. Maintain and uphold company values, protecting our brand and reputation.
  4. Work a set shift pattern, primarily backshift Tuesday to Saturday, with access to a pool car and necessary equipment.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
