Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering medication to residents
  • Leading shifts and directing a team of staff members
  • Providing one-to-one support and supervision to individuals
  • Aiding service users in need of assistance with daily tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A minimum of 6 months' experience as a senior carer in the UK is required, along with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
