About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Claims Resolution Specialist to join our Claims Department at Stride Resource Management. As a Senior Claims Handler, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire claims process, from investigation to settlement, for a variety of cross-class losses.

You will be a dedicated Handler to a key client, with a bias to Liability claims, including Employers, Public, Product, and Profin. Your deep understanding of insurance policies and claims procedures will enable you to assess and resolve claims efficiently.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolutions, while also analysing data to reduce risks and improve processes.

As an experienced Claims Resolution Specialist, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of our Claims Department.

This is a hybrid role, offering a competitive salary of £34K, plus extensive benefits and career progression opportunities.
