We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Executive to join our UK Specialty business in Birmingham. This is a permanent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our Sports & Entertainment (S&E) book of business.
The successful candidate will have significant claims experience, gained from a broker, insurer, or adjuster, and will be responsible for handling claims from cradle to grave. They will operate as a key liaison between the client and the insurer, ensuring that claims are administered in line with expected standards and regulatory requirements.
The role will involve creating comprehensive claims documents, presenting claims to underwriters, and reviewing correspondence regarding notifications and claims. The successful candidate will also be responsible for investigating and resolving queries, developing strong relationships with clients and insurers, and maintaining delegated authority contracts.
We are looking for a highly organized and flexible individual with good planning skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the principles of insurance and a strong knowledge of the claims-handling process.
