About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Clinical Psychosis Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and managing a caseload of individuals with psychosis, working collaboratively with their families and carers to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage a caseload of individuals with psychosis, using evidence-based interventions and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the individual's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide holistic support and care to individuals with psychosis, including psycho-social interventions and family education.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for individuals with psychosis.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered Mental Health Nurse with a strong background in working with individuals with psychosis. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
