Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Crematorium Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, communicating with clients, and coordinating with Funeral Directors and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks, including the processing of sensitive information and legal documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through email, face-to-face, and telephone.
  • Coordinate with Funeral Directors, Ministers, and families to ensure specific service requests are accurately recorded.
  • Compile financial data, including branch inventory and credit control metrics, for weekly reporting.
  • Perform other duties as required across our Crematorium Teams.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and administrative skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strict adherence to regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Emotional intelligence, with the ability to provide supportive customer care under sensitive circumstances.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software.
  • A key team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive working environment.
